Service Description

This reservation is for an off-site prepared food booth for one-week, between June 5 - October 30, 2021. The space is 10' x 10'. By reserving this space, you agree to abide all rules outlined in the Provo Farmers Market Rules and Regulations posted on the market website. Reserved spots will be guaranteed until 45 minutes prior to market opening and may be reassign to another vendor if the reservation holder has not begun setup by that time.

Cancellation Policy

Vendors must request a booth reservation cancellation seven days prior to the event for a fifty percent (50%) refund of their reservation fee. Cancellations made less than seven days prior to the event will receive no refund of their reservation fee. A request to move a booth reservation to another date will not be granted. Refunds will be granted and the vendor may book a new reservation in the booking system. Vendors that paid for an entire season upfront are not entitled to refunds for individual absences at the market. All vendors are required to provide us notice as early as possible when they are unable to attend with an active booth reservation. Multiple failures to provide notice will result in vendors being asked not to participate further with the Market. Cancellation requests must be made by email to pfarmersmarket@gmail.com
